Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Short version: Photo Wizard works on your computer, and your photos never leave it. We collect as little as possible. This policy covers the Photo Wizard program, this website, and support emails from Toolz and Gamez.

Your photos and files

Photo Wizard reads the folders you choose, compares them on your computer, and copies files into a folder on your computer. It does not upload your photos, file names or folder names anywhere, and we never see them. It keeps a small settings file and a cache of photo "fingerprints" (to make the next scan faster) in your Windows user folder (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Photo Wizard). You can delete that folder at any time.

License activation

When you activate, check or deactivate a license key, Photo Wizard connects to Lemon Squeezy's license server and sends the license key and your computer's name (so you can tell your activated computers apart in your order history). Nothing else is sent. If you never enter a key, Photo Wizard doesn't contact the license server.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing details and payment information to process the order, and shares with us the order details we need to support you (such as your name, email address and what you bought). We never see or store your full card number. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.

Support emails

If you email us, we keep your message and email address to help you and to keep a record of the conversation. The program's "Copy details" button only copies information you choose to paste into an email; it sends nothing itself.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no advertising and no tracking. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and to keep the site running.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us to see or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Some purchase records must be kept for tax and accounting reasons.

Children

Photo Wizard is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
