Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Photo Wizard. If it doesn't work for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No complicated questions, although we'd love to hear what went wrong so we can fix it.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address you used to buy, or include your order number (it's in your receipt email). Refunds are issued by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

After a refund

Your license key is disabled, and Photo Wizard goes back to the free version on your computers.

After 30 days

Purchases older than 30 days generally aren't refundable, but if something is wrong, please contact us anyway and we'll do our best to help.
